“Lighting Council Australia is delighted to commend Marketing Elements for the excellent contribution made to the success of Australia’s Inaugural international lighting event in June 2011. Marketing Elements took over as conference organiser just three months out from the event. Director of Marketing Elements, Cecelia Haddad, is a committed professional who worked tirelessly and always with good humour to ensure our events’ success. Marketing Elements has since managed our events in 2013, 2015 and our next event in 2017”
CEO, Sparc Event, Bryan Douglas.

At the start of 2014 the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) was in a high state of expectation for the completion of three major milestones in delivering its ‘once in a generation’$1.2 billion City Campus masterplan.
Media Elements contributed to the strategic development of an overarching corporate media and communication plan for the series of openings and three integrated detailed publicity strategies specific to each building launch. Within a range of strategies, media training was essential for UTS’s senior leaders and deans to prepare them for the many interviews they would, and indeed did, give. Cecelia and Judy expertly provided this training and, through the process, I benefitted much also in learning from their unique insights and warmth as committed coaches. The level of training delivered by Cecelia and Judy, tailored to the style and strengths of each participant, was of the highest order. Beyond coaching, they ensured participants were left with edited video interview content that was succinct and on message – immediately useful as content in online media kits and social media.
Through their strategic support, deep collaboration in campaign execution and the polish they imparted to our senior spokespeople, Cecelia and Judy, together with my team, rewarded UTS with local and international media coverage. I cannot endorse them enough, for their skills as strategic media advisers, inspiring coach and professional committed to delivering results.
I can’t recommend Cecelia and Judy highly enough. They developed and delivered several courses for my programs and participant evaluations were always excellent. They are consummate training professionals who take the time to listen to clients’ needs and tailor their delivery accordingly. With their extensive experience and up to date knowledge of media/PR there’s always a relevant story or example they can draw from. Their approach is insightful, pragmatic, engaging and interactive, with a clear focus on preparing clients with practical tools and techniques they can immediately apply.

Marketing Elements joined the White Ribbon Campaign in mid 2010 to bring their PR expertise and enthusiasm to a campaign that is reliant on the engagement of media interest and on community communication and awareness strategies. The addition of Marketing Elements energy and strategic management for the 2010 Campaign resulted in a huge media uptake with over 1000 pieces of on White Ribbon Day itself and more than 1000 in the lead up to the day. Social Media engagement for the first time was as powerful as traditional media. The reach and impact of this is immeasurable.”
